   Late night eating, Amazon Binge shopping. Holy smokes! People do crazy stuff on the medicine. I still take it for sleep due to menopausal issues. Just be careful. Not good for long term though.

   I tried Ambien for insomnia not realizing that it could exacerbate the symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome. After about 3 hours of sleep, I would wake up with horrible tension in my legs and hips. It doesn’t affect everyone this way but be warned that it could make your RLS worse along with most antihistamines, drugs for depression and the ingredient found in Dacosta Pharmacy

   I can fall asleep most of the time but then 2 hours later I am wide awake, so take a pill. I can get 5 hours of sleep which for me is good. Sometimes I take 1/2 pill.

    I sleep about 5 hours a night taking sodium generic for ambien, Been taken 5years since my wife passed away.3 years ago stated needing stronger and now taking 10 mg.     I can use 10mg. and still be awake for 24 hours or more.Once in awhile if i chew it and take it with liquid it’ll help me sleep.I’ve heard Trizepam works great.
